We are very happy to formalize this partnership around an axis that we had not mentioned until now: The management of type 1 diabetes around the world.

Indeed, I have been a type 1 diabetic (insulin-dependent) since the age of 2. This chronic disease that I have been living with since my childhood is now part of my life. The expedition around the world for 20 months is an opportunity to prove that it is possible to live life to the fullest even if you are diabetic!
It is in this sense that we have exchanged with Clara from Chronic Buddy.
Chronic Buddy, it's a *beautiful* association having for mission to support resilience in the journey (but not only) people diagnosed with a chronic condition (including diabetes).
Clara and her team take action on 3 main areas that are :
1. The trip to another country
They are therefore able to provide advice in the preparation of a trip with a great info corner where you can find testimonies from members of the community, informative articles on chronic diseases and information to know when going abroad (insurance, administrative formalities...).
2. Accompaniment in the acceptance of the disease
Chronic Buddy also accompanies people for whom the acceptance of the disease is not an easy thing, soon their team will push even further this field, subscribe to their social networks to be informed.
3. Sensitization
Bearing witness to raise awareness is the common mission we share with Chronic Buddy. Jybe will provide the eyes of a diabetic around the world and Chronic Buddy will be able to raise awareness through ambassadors like this.
It is therefore with pride and ambition that this partnership between our two associations is born and that the status of Chronic Buddy ambassador is granted to me.
We are very pleased to be able to share with you numerous contents related to the monitoring of diabetes around the world under special conditions to enrich the library of information available to all type 1 diabetics.
