Avec Lucas et L\u00e9o, vous d\u00e9couvrirez les difficult\u00e9s et les subtilit\u00e9s du travail du<strong> caf\u00e9 de sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9<\/strong> dans les hauteurs du Costa Rica. \u00c9milien profitera de cette escale pour traverser le pays \u00e0 pied, allant \u00e0 la rencontre de ses habitants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons essay\u00e9 lors de cette escale un nouveau format : <strong>la vid\u00e9o !<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir rencontr\u00e9 deux YouTubeurs sur place : <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UCoDPvBrLC3uOPmNuNv7ZBIw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"Louannemanshow\">Louannemanshow<\/a><\/em><\/strong> and <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/c\/AntoinevsScience\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"Antoine vs Science\">Antoine vs Science<\/a><\/em><\/strong>, ils nous sugg\u00e8rent fortement de mettre en images nos quotidiens. Passionn\u00e9s, Christopher et sa maman Lorena ont des vies rythm\u00e9es par le caf\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De 05h du matin \u00e0 20h, ils sont dehors \u00e0 travailler pour fournir un <strong>caf\u00e9 de haute qualit\u00e9<\/strong>. Comme Lorena nous l&#8217;a r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9 :<em>&#8220;Aqu\u00ed producimos un caf\u00e9 de especialidad, de la m\u00e1s alta calidad.&#8221;<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>En plus des r\u00e9cits et vid\u00e9os, nous souhaitions partager encore plus \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9 qui nous suit. Pour cette raison, nous avons mis en vente un sac de caf\u00e9 que nous transportons \u00e0 la voile jusqu\u2019\u00e0 notre retour en Juin 2023. Cette vente en circuit-court a permis de r\u00e9mun\u00e9rer Christopher et Lorena \u00e0 un prix plus juste et \u00e0 notre communaut\u00e9 de <strong>go\u00fbter au caf\u00e9<\/strong> que nous avons r\u00e9colt\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 notre arriv\u00e9e, nous allons rencontrer les acheteurs lors d&#8217;un <strong>\u00e9v\u00e9nement cl\u00f4turant notre tour du monde<\/strong>.
